Small size capsules that are easy to swallow. I have not noticed any after taste. I always take these with a meal. I believe I am deficient in zinc, copper, selenium etc. I'm not sure whether I am deficient in some of the other minerals in this supplement. It would be good if these also contained boron. How can I tell these are helping? I haven't noticed any change yet, but I guess time will tell.

I trust Jigsaw brand as I use other product like their magnesium I think quality is there ingredient is all I need I am not sure as chagpt say it’s high DV but I need those minerals for my vitamin deficiency recovery so I buy this supplement And hopefully it help I haven’t use yet so if anything I’ll update here
