Quality is good, ingredient are safe. Benefit is normal. Price is hight. taste is ok. Need refigeration.

I bought this to help improve my bowl movements. Along with taking this I started doing a light work out a few days a week. I'm hardly ever constipated anymore and I'm so grateful. I really believe Jigsaw has some of the best quality ingredients in their products. I'd definitely recommend trying this!

Strains that do not cause histamine issues. I am not sure if it works but I tolerate it

This is my second time buying this product. Product is well packed and the size is just right for my son. I also love the ingredients inside.

First time purchasing from this brand but it seems like a reputable company. The product looked like good value based on the variety of probiotics contained and their amount.

Overall it’s decent. Wish there were more species and strains like l gasseri and l reuteri which are keystone species. I can’t say I noticed a big improvement in my gut microbiome state. I think there are better blends out there for GI issues. This one is very basic. No negatives or side effects though.

I took this supplement and from the very first day, I noticed firm stools.This tell me the quality of this product. Benefit is real. I think it can really affect the microbiome for good. The taste is not there. and yes can cause some constipation so remember to take some fiber with it. and also vitamin D as probiotics need vitamin D to work. Go out in the sun

It's so important to get a probiotic that is delayed-release and Jigsaw makes a great product with that! So many probiotics on the market are just being wasted away because our stomach acid kills most of them but not with this one! Definitely recommend!
