I am pleasantly surprised at the effect of these exogenous ketones as well as the flavor! I use these (just a small amount, not even half a scoop) towards the end of my morning workouts when I’m gassing out and I feel like it gives me an extra boost. I also drink them after my workout to extend my overnight fast and I can go till 4pm without a meal and feel great.
