works great I dont understand why I can't get it at the moment. many the nanny state has blocked it. you can get 2mg in Tasmania but its complexly useless. I find this brand great and usable. hopefully its unblocked asap as I'm almost out of the stuff quality is perfect. dosage is great ingredients and pure and the size is helpful

The size is very good for the price . Use 1 tablet for 1 month and then increase, it improved my leg cramps. , I would keep the dosage minimal, no taste absolutely good quality

For me I feel a slight burn in my stomach when taking it without food but it helps me sleep when I’m exposed to light during night time
