No sugar , no carb electrolyte. Taste for orange was pleasant and not overpowering. Sweetened with a stevia leaf extract. Worked well for the start of my fast.

Great taste, quality texture with just a little bit of pooling at the bottom of the glass, large size so it is lasting a good length of time. Very hydrating!
