I wish it didn't contain magnesium stearate "filler" and no magnesium Oxide. just keep magnesium citrate or glycinate. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention.

After research, this is the only brand that offers combination of quality ingredients for zinc, calcium, magnesium together in a supplement. I take it for magnesium and zinc deficiency and to benefit my sleep. Improvement can only be seen after a few months so I will update if I see any marked changes.
