This is the best value for B12 methylcobalamin, MCG per dose cost. Methylcobalamin is safe to take in high doses, unlike cyanocobalamin, found in other supplements. The taste is great. I hold it on the bottom of my mouth under the tongue for 5-30 minutes, to quadruple absorption than from just regular ingestion route. Even though the instructions don't say to use it sublingually, many reviewers do so, and nothing in the ingredients formula stops it. The ingredients formula is also top notch, and similar to other brands that say they are sublingual. I am using 5,000-10,000 mcg for nerve repair (in CNS), and get at least my blood serum levels to 1500pg/mL, as high doses are needed to cross into the CNS. Good quality, the best value, it would be nice if they clarified to use it sublingually. It also came packaged considerately, wrapped in bubble wrap.
