Doesn't help perfectly with my sleep, but I guess I'm also not an easy case ... The package is very small and handy for travelling, and the capsules are also small and easy to swallow. What I dislike, though, is that they added Magnesium Stearate! And beware if you've got a lactose intolerance or are somewhat alergic to milk ingredients as it is based on lactose (it's a homeopathic pill)!
I take this when I’m starting my nightly routine. It seems to take about an hour to work for me but it DOES work and it keeps me asleep for much longer than on the nights I don’t take it. I suggested it to a friend, and she said it’s working for her as well.
I bought it for my neighbour who has great deal of trouble getting to sleep and getting back to sleep if he wakes up in the middle of the night, this has helped for both. I also bought Rescue Remedy night for him. These two made huge difference in his sleep. Highly recommended!
Adding Calm Forte has really helped my sleeping. Sometimes one product on its own isn’t enough so experiment with what works for you. I recently started taking one tablet of Calms Forte along with a 5 mg melatonin when I really can’t sleep. I find that combination gives me a deep and longer sleep without feeling drowsy.
I use Calms Forte in the middle of the night to go back to sleep. It’s my go to. I also used it during the day to calm nerves on occasion. I found it to be very effective. The ingredients are all natural, which is the best part. I’ve used this for years. Hyland’s is a well known homeopathic company, that makes quality remedies.
We were not sleeping during the full moon. We have already done routine parasite cleanses so that wasn’t the issue lol! So glad I remembered these. I used to take these many moons 🌑 ago lol!!
I love this product! My mind tends to dance about when I want to go to sleep. I take 1 tablet of Calms Forte 15 min before bed which calms my mind, and I get a great night's relaxed sleep. I highly recommend.
