Not only did it not help me sleep, but it actually made things worse—I couldn’t fall asleep at all. On top of that, it caused an extremely dry mouth that lasted for hours, which was very uncomfortable and distracting. I’ve tried other melatonin supplements before, but this one gave me the worst reaction. I won’t be taking it again and definitely do not recommend it.
I have been on this brand of melatonin for years. I tried many others, but this one works the best for me. I shop around and buy wherever I find a better price. Other brands usually hang on me like a hangover, this one does not. Small size and easy to swallow. No taste. Easy to cut for half dosage. Helps me sleep.
