Most of the supplements I buy are from Nutricost or one other company. Nutricost has great ratings on almost every product. I do wish these needed FDA approval. I just hope we are getting what they claim is inside the product. I was informed by the company that their products are 3rd party tested.
I used an expensive version of HMB ingredient thinking it's more effective than this one but to my surprise,it's the same quality and it's equally effective. it has no taste so it's better if you mix this with a pre workout. I'll order this one forever :)
I would recommend this as a credible alternative to creatine, it does not have quite the same amount of research but the effects are there both in the literature and for me personally soo.. thumbs up. Fine taste and composition of powder and packaging is solid.
I’ve used HMB during cut phases and high-volume training blocks. This one’s unflavored, well-tolerated, and the quality is excellent, fine texture, lab-tested, and free from unnecessary additives. Best taken in 3 divided doses (1g x3/day) to maintain stable plasma levels. It’s not designed to build muscle but to help preserve it and in that regard, it does exactly what it should.
You can feel that these ingredients are real high quality. Tastes okay. The size of package is big enough. Easy to take.
