good quality pre workout that you can take any time during the day without worrying about if it affects your sleep..I wish beta alanine was properly dosed though. the minimum dosage is 3,2g, other than that, it's a solid pre workout.

I'm trying first time.. this formula contains citrulline, beta-alanine and taurine which I currently take separately. In addition doesn't contain caffeine which is fine since I like my morning espresso. not 5 stars due to be expensive
The ingredients are great, definitely recommendable. The powder mixes well and tastes pretty good too. It’s a bit too sweet for my taste, but still okay. Good value for the price. I’ll probably try some other flavors as well.
