in the workout i feel pretty good energy for a stimulant free pre workout and the result is good, the mango and peach taste remind me of some candy peach flavoured, the dosage seems about right with this and the package look really nice, so to sum it all up this can benefit your workout
This stuff tastes great. Definitely gives you the tingly’s and if you breath in the dust you will be coughing😂 helps quite a bit with clean energy without caffeine because I usually work out around 6pm. Although I will say if i take it that late in the day I had trouble getting to sleep. But otherwise its a great pre!

6000mg citruline and 1200 betalanine (could be higher but still good) so proper dosage in my opinion . it tastes great actually and it doesn't leave me hyper hours after my workout , i will for sure get seconds and try different flavours
