Size of the capsules aren't too large, the dosage is quite potent when taking 1 caps, the ingredient quality is great and stable. The benefits are mostly anxiolytic but can be little sedating at times. I haven't noticed it having a taste. No problems with it's packaging.

Bought for lowering anxiety and it seems to work. Haven't used it for long, so I will edit if there are any negatives. I researched this product and brand, it was the only one I could find that had the least fillers. Good ingredients, I read Nutricost tests their products so I am trusting the quality as I have used some of their products in the past.

This product has high quality, minimal ingredients, and a very affordable supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I take it in the evening with other supplements to promote sleep and support my immune system.
This traditional herb is said to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties (baicalin is the active compound). It is thought to help support immune health, reduce anxiety and protect against neurodegenerative diseases. Can't say I feel much difference with this. Will update if there is anything remarkable noted later with more prolonged usage
