I took one pill with food and it caused me terrible bloating and pain at gallbladder region .I will continue to buy kirkmans enzymes is the best at the market
Great quality the benefit is I can finally digest the foods that I eat and absorb the nutrients. The ingredients are good the size of pill is easy to swallow and has no taste. For dosage I take one pill with every meal along with betaine hcl.

Benefit: helps me digest protein, a problem since a tick bite gave me babesia and muscle wasting. Dosage: I take one for a small amount of protein, two for lots of it. You can tell if it’s too many if you get acid reflux—which hasn’t happened for me.

I have Sibo and I am 8months post reflux surgery. this formula without pepsin and hcl is excellent for regular use and i find this to be gentle on the stomach whilst being very effective at helping me breakdown protein and fats etc .
