Yohimbe Bark Extract, 9 mg, 120 Capsules

I previously bought the 500mg version from another brand and decided to try this one. Beware this is VERY potent. I had no problem before with the other product but when I took one pill of this one at lunch, I felt bad after 2 hours. Heartbeat racing in my throat, dizziness, anxiety. After 8 hours I started to feel better though. For context I'm an active man, 6ft 85kg in my forties. I strongly suggest to open the capsule and remove 2/3 of the powder for a start and eventually move on to half of the powder. No joke. Take it early in the morning or your won't be able to sleep. Take it only when needed (there is no build up). But for all the men out there, besides the side effects, yes it's working great 😉 edit : don't take caffeine or any other excitant substance with it or before!

I'd say it's much stronger than I expected, the dosage 9mg should be considered as more than average man needs cuz it contains the real ingredients and its volume.

This is a very powerful product and I would not recommend it to people with high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems and people prone to cardiac arrhythmias. I took half a dose for two days and it was too much for me, my blood pressure went up and my pulse went high, so I gave up. I will probably continue but with a third of the dose. I heard that yohimbine hcl from the same manufacturer is a better option with fewer side effects.

Anxiety is first thing will experience not recommended before work or gym useful only in the morning with cardio in house

This is the only fat burner that works. If you want a fat burner that helps you burn some calories while doing nothing this is the one. It raises heartrate and makes you burn more while idle.
