All of the other black cohosh supps are 40 mg. and I would have to take 3-4 per day. Glad I found this higher dose, saves me from swallowing so many capsules. if you are like me , it could feel like half your day is spent taking supps, spacing them out, etc. So when any convenience comes along, I take it! Maybe I will check if they have a liquid cohosh as well.
