i was hoping to also use this to make an eye gel for my puffy morning eyes, but unfortunately it's pretty grainy when you open up a capsule. maybe i can figure out a way to fix that though. otherwise it'll be good to have on hand just in case, but I would prefer a powder of capsules because 200mg of caffeine without any l-theanine is a lot in one dose. i'll probably end up opening the capsules.

have great effect and quality great for pre workout but I don't recommend getting used to it even though it's all natural and beneficial for brain but still might cause some side effects like increased heart rate and maybe anxiety
