Energy Patch, 15 Clear Patches

To be honest, I’m not sure if these patches work. I haven’t noticed any change in my energy levels. I sometimes work night shifts and am trying to cut back on coffee, so I gave these patches a try, but they didn’t seem to make any difference 🤷‍♀️.

Good price. I didn't notice much of an effect but my energy did stay constant my entire day. As a bonus, I seemed less foggy in the head while working, and quite able to organize my thoughts :)

Great energy boost instead of coffee in the afternoon. No jitters unlike coffee which lifts me up for 15-30 minutes followed by crush with jitters. Energy patch provides continuous energy boost without drastic highs and lows. It calms my nervous system, allowing me to better concentrate. Additionally it’s a good alternative way of supplementing , less Bourdain on my stomach as I’m already taking lots of supplements.

i use it today for the first time and really like it, i put it forst thing in the morning, before going to the gym. i feel like this one is great quality and nice ingredient. the size is fine, if you gonna use it every day you may want to buy two. i feel full of energy 30 minutes after putting on my skin. the package is cute and easy to open. i didn't felt any effect on my metabolism. has no taste of cousrse.

I love these, i do feel like i get a little energy boost, but could be placebo effect. either way, i like being able to put on a little sticker for reinforcement!

I don't know much about the quality of ingredients, but I haven't noticed any effect. I will keep trying for another week, until they finish, and will change the review if there's any improvement in my energy level, which is very low...
