Boost, Energy Patch, 8 Patches

The patch wouldn't stay on and I feel that this product does not fit my needs.

Whenever I put the patch on, I feel the boost of energy. But also, it makes me turn into a demanding irritable person who wants to burn the world down because others are not matching my speed and efficiency. I also felt like I'd rather be sprinting on a running track than be at work. When I remove the patch, my mood calms down. I apply it on my stomach as I can't put it on my wrist. Am I doing something wrong? Should I try the patch somewhere else? Should I put it on instead near the end of my 12-hour shift when my energy levels are running lower? P.S. I'm a nurse.

I first want to say this is my first time ever trying an energy patch like this. As someone who drinks 2 double shots of espresso daily, I ditched the espresso this morning for this patch. I will say I noticed it got me up and going. I’m not sure it has enough caffeine to fully replace my coffee addiction, but I do like that the energy is slow-releasing, and I was not tired for the rest of the day. I would say this product is great for all-day energy, but I cannot confidently say it can replace my morning espresso (partially due to my addiction with the taste). With that being said, it seems to work for the price and quality, and the ingredients seem to be fairly clean!

I ordered the larger size because I like the product so much. Great energy used in my bike ride. Product sticks well even after sweating a lot. Great quality as the patches stay on even when I showered. Going try some other products from the friendly patch as I like natural ingredients

Absolutely loved these patches! I tend to put them on when Im tired and need to push through a project and they work so well without adding to my anxiety like a caffeinated beverage would. They are high quality and provide me with the energy I need in the moments I need it.

I wasn’t sure about the efficiency of these patches or whether the dosage is enough to give enough energy. But after trying these in my daily routine on the days that i skip my caffeine I can testify that these works. You can feel results within maximum half an hour and they last for couple hours.

I used it twice without drinking coffee and I did not need to have coffee! It did what it said but it has a strong b12 smell

I love patches, they just make life easier and I always keep these in my handbag for the midday slump.

I was really hopeful about these patches as a way to supplement key nutrients during my yoga teacher training, which is both physically and mentally demanding. Since I don’t eat meat, I try to stay on top of my B vitamin intake. I liked the idea of a convenient, on-the-go alternative to B12 or B-complex capsules, something I can easily toss in my bag and use as a backup or a little extra boost. Unfortunately, they didn’t work out. The patches tend to peel off at the slightest hint of moisture, even when I’m not sweating or moving around much. No matter where I place them, they don’t stay put; the design doesn’t contour well to the areas recommended in the instructions. They’re also noticeably thicker than other patches in The Friendly Patch product line, with a foam-like texture that feels bulky and less wearable. And while I understand the intent behind printing motivational words like “BRAVE” in large bold letters, it ended up feeling a bit awkward when people noticed I was wearing a crooked, half-unpeeled sticker with a loud affirmation on it… I love the idea behind these, but the materials and design could use some serious refinement.
