Just a heads up this is not just pure black seed oil, it also contains the ingredient sunflower oil, so if sunflower oil doesn’t agree with you this product might not be for you. On the plus side the packaging is nice and looks high quality, helpful that it is tinted so the ingredients won’t age prematurely.

I wanted to buy some black seed oil product(s), I had read good comments about this one, so I got curious. Black seed oil is well-known for its benefits and properties against inflammation and not only. This smaller package is the only one that has the thymoquin percentage listed on it. it has a pleasant taste (a bit peppery, but not bad in the least) and a nice colour. Will report back after longer term use.

I take this in the mornings and have a lot of energy throughout my day. I drink with orange juice because the taste is very strong and can take a bit getting use to. I like that this black seed oil shows the percentage (3%) thymoquinone, since this brands other black seed oil does not show it. I’m assuming those are low percentage. I do wish the price was a bit cheaper for the amount.

I've never tried another version of black seed oil, so I don't know how to compare this. I tend to trust Heritage and that they make quality products. I'm using this to try to combat an underlying infection. I'm starting out with a low dose so I don't deal with too much die off, then I'm going to titrate upwards. I'm happy with this purchase.
