Check with this company and staff confirms this product is vegan. Calcium from Algae with all co-factors magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2 but you have to take more magnesium before bedtime as 100mg in 1 pill is not enough for a day. Convenient! Thanks for this product and Iherb fantastic service!
This did make me go to the bathroom a little more than normal, but other than that it's a good calcium. I did find I had to add magnesium glycinate or I'd get leg cramps. For an added note the body can only absorb up to 500mg of calcium at a time, and so you waste it if you take more. It's actually not good to flood your system with more than 500mg at a time. Very unwise. Split it up.
Great way to get extra calcium with greens in one supplement. Easy to take and good quality. Happy with it overall.
Bought this for my mum to supplement for bones! Hope this would work on her. Much cheaper than buying the same quality alage-derived calcium in HK.

This has magnesium with it also. Calcium can't be absorbed without magnesium. It also has D3 and K2 so that is a lot in one supplement. It is the best bone support out there.

This is a very unique product with respect to its ingredient composition. The quality and the quantity of ingredients used truly supports bone health , not too products that offer holistic calcium and with an effective blend of k2 and magnesium. Go for it !
I am using this to replace Algaecal for the time being. The ingredients are not quite the same, but very close. The cost is 1/2 of the cost of Algaecal. If you can’t tolerate other forms of calcium, like me, you may do better either way and agae-based source.
