One of my all time favourites. One scoop is enough for me, might be even too much if the workout is close to bedtime, adjust your own dosage depending on your sensitivity, I'm quite sensitive, so I don't need a lot. Taste is not the absolute best, but still good enough, but the effects are what's important to me, and it's very effective. Sometimes I feel like: when a preworkout isn't the best tasting, that's how you know that it's an effective one.
