been using redcon1 mre for about 5 years in the u.s. , fudge brownie flavor is the best imho, 47g protein per serving, packaging ensures long shelf life ... a relocation to japan had me scrambling for a no-whey substitute. that iherb can ship it here very swiftly ended the substitute search.

I’ve been drinking the ready to drink protein cartons MRE by redcon1. This is the first time I’m trying out the powder form. The flavour is really nice and I love that it doesn’t contain whey as it makes me bloated. But this doesn’t. And this powder form is also more economical than the liquid form. I will be looking forward to trying the other flavours!!
