By far the best pre workout ive tried in over two decades of training. The taste is not best but the effects and results are well worth the sacrifice.

This is a very convenient pre workout with a testosterone booster combination. I bought this as a gift for a try-hard gym bro and he likes it so much and keep buying it whenever he's too serious about bulking. Try first a dosage of half a scoop and increase it gradually, one scoop maybe too strong at the beginning. The appropriate usage frequency is once a day before your routine to reap the benefits. Try skipping a week or two every now and then so you dont build tolerance to it. The package is a standard medium sized tub, no complaints about it or about the taste.
