size is kinda small so wouldn't last for more than a month if you consume it daily, quality and ingredients are great for a meal replacement as it has veggies and vitamins benefits for the meal you'd choose to skip to drink this, packaging is sturdy and great it's a plastic container like the ones used for workout supplements, i drink it for breakfast and it keeps my hunger satiated till lunch time and even then I'd still be full and eat less for lunch because of the fiber about in this drink, flavor is great actually i thought because of many comments that it tastes like vanilla because the coffee is so weak but that's not true at all, it tastes like vanilla coffee blend and i like that the coffee taste is visible in the drink

The flavour was great and tasted just like a thick coffee. It really felt like it could replace my meal without me feeling hungry again in a few hours. My only problem with it (and I don't know if it's because it's trying to be like a crumb cake or if I'm just bad at ratios or blending) but it always felt like there were parts of the powder that just never properly blended into my base, making it feel gritty. Even if I left the mix in the fridge overnight, I'd still have powdery bits in my drink.

I like this brand, but this protein is better to use with a blender. If you just add it to a container and just shake it? It doesn’t blend with the milk or water well and you get lots of clumps in your drink. If you use a blender, there’s no clumpy issues. They seem to use pretty good ingredients. The taste for the crumb cake is not my favorite from them, but it’s not bad.
