I have 3 very highly energized, active kids, one with ADHD. Melatonin is very expensive going through your GP. My ADHD child says to me her head is very busy, then I discovered iHerb. My child has been taking Nature’s Craft Kids Melatonin Gummies (Strawberry, 60 gummies) and it’s been great. Just one gummy 30 minutes before bed, and they drift off much faster than before. The strawberry flavor is tasty without being too sugary, and there’s no fuss or complaints. Morning wake-ups are easier too. Overall, very happy with this simple, effective sleep support.
