I have PCOS and have had an irregular period most of my life because I do not ovulate properly. From the moment I started taking this, my menstrual cycle became normal and healthy. I get my ovulation and my period on time. My quality of life has improved immensely. Very effective and good quality supplement. The size also makes it easy to swallow. It instructs you to take 4 capsules daily but I only take two. One in the morning and one in the evening. It's still effective and the bottle lasts longer. If you have PCOS like me and struggle with an irregular period, this supplement will surely help you.

I really like this Nature's Craft Myo & D Chiro Inositol with Choline. I got this to take along with Berberine to help with my metabolism. I've only been taking this consistently for a few weeks and I can already see positive changes. My jeans are fitting better. The capsules are large in size and a serving size is 4 capsules. It's easy to swallow and there is no after taste.
