It’s a decent supplement, I wouldn’t say a must have supplement but with consistent daily use, especially as soon as you wake up, you can feel some cognitive improvement with time. For my fellow ADHD humans, the “30 minute beige food” schedule might be a tough thing to keep track of.
I take two to three a day, (I weigh 52 kilos) but I still can't feel any difference whatsoever. I will go back to the brand I used to take.
I hate to give low rating but I have to. Originally I found it a value-to-buy, because those blister-packed are more pricey per unit. I did not take it daily but just when I needed. 2 months later I found the powder clustered and smell accumulates. After searching on google, AI advised that it is likely to have broken down and bottle is not a good way to store these product. I hope the company can revise the packaging and look into it seriously.
I wish I could take SAMe for mild depression but even at this low dose it caused extreme insomnia for me. Grateful to iherb for the refund on this one.
