I finally realized that I had S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I use this product 2-3 times per day by the dropperful in a little water. It keeps me from becoming depressed in the Winter months. I have tried 5 different brands of tincture of St. John's Wort. I believe this one is the best. I am a big fan of New Chapter products, and I use their Mood Take Care, but this Herb Pharm product is even better.

I switched to this brand after another brand’s leaky dropper annoyed me. This dropper is great and I love that the packaging is amber glass. The ti tire tasted as it should (bitter and in need of some water to wash it down). In using a clinical dose for depression, this bottle has lasted me about a month and a half.

This is a very highly concentrated tincture. I don't know much about it, but it is 60% alcohol. I'd like to see more of an explanation on the bottle for the high alcohol content. It probably is related to the herbal formulation required to release the desired constituents. With St. John's wort, in general, you need to be careful of not being in sunlight. This can be useful for winter SADD, but not great in the summer.

I put this in my morning coffee or just pore the dropper in my mouth and follow with water. I will say it is a strong flavor but it is effective and works quickly. It just puts a pep in my step and helps me to be clear headed. I notice I sing with my kids more when I take this. Takes the edge off so to speak. And alway wonderful prices at IHerb!!

I bought this to help combat mood swings. I took it when I felt overwhelmed and I noticed a change in my serotonin levels. I took this mid day on an empty stomach with a small amount of water. The taste is semi bitter but nothing you can’t get through.

So happy i got it,highly recommend this product. Feel much better after using this
