I've tried many Stonewall Kitchen products as they are known for quality ingredients and this does not disappoint. After several attempts and failures to make caramel at home, this is the perfect substitute. The sea salt balances out the sweetness perfectly. I have used on ice cream, cookies, crepes, and in coffee drinks.. Size: Generous portion, jar contains about 18 Tbsps (little over a cup) and a little goes a long way. Only 5g of fat per serving (2 Tbsps). Refrigerate after opening. I've purchased this several times already and stopped trying to make homemade caramel.

Good quality and good ingredients as always from this brand! The taste is amazing and size of jars very nice. Good package and got here just fine. I use as candy or in coffee and it is very sweet, smells great and nice to eat alongside other diets favorite. Composition

I got this because I love Salt Caramels, and this sauce is wonderful. Deep flavor, wonderful scent, I use it to top pancakes, ice-cream and waffles, The consistency is a little thick as I keep it refrigerated, but it is wonderful when you heat it up a little. The packaging is medium sized, but actually lasts. Sweet, tinge of salty (I wish it was even saltier!) and the smell makes my moth water!
