This was a complete disappointment. The texture was strange and nothing like real mayonnaise, and the flavor was extremely artificial with an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered far too long. It didn’t enhance food in any way and actually made even simple dishes less enjoyable. I tried to give it a fair chance, but it ended up being something I couldn’t finish and would not buy again.

Very good. You might miss mayo but you won't miss the calories. I like the zero calories. The taste and flavor is like mayo with a bit of vinegar. Ingredients are just as good as other Walden farms products and so is the quality. It's a little runny but it still works for sandwiches.

Try mixing with things like garlic chilli paste, ranch powder, mustard etc. to create different flavor and textures. Solid packaging. I store mine in the fridge.

This is excellent for salads and a really good lighter alternative to regular mayo. The texture is a bit different from classic mayonnaise, but it still works very well in everyday use. The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. The ingredients are same as the written on the bottle. Packaging is very friendly and easy to use. I use it for variety of recipes

The mayo has a very specific tangy/sour smell straight from the jar, but once you mix it into salads, sauces, or with eggs, it’s not noticeable at all. In recipes it tastes really close to regular mayo and works perfectly as a swap. I love having a zero-calorie option for volume meals, so I’ll definitely repurchase.

It’s very thin. I use it in salads mainly where the consistency is not so important. Also, I think it’s a bit pricey. Needs a bigger jar available too. Overall, decent quality. The zero calories are why I like the product.

okay here the the thing. this is not mayo. you can't use it like you use mayo. it's a lot runnier in texture and composition. But the quality md ingredients are good. it does not taste or smell like mayo either. I use it to thicken and lighten my homemade salad dressings or dips so my food isn't bland on my diet. I'm that case it benefits me well. I haven't used it to cook in anything, just raw.

This is my first time ordering this Walden Farms Mayo. I like it as its taste is very genuine, really like farm products. Good on my avacado toast.
