very flavorful, no artificial taste--great on more than just salads. Highest quality of any commercial salad dressing I've ever experienced.

This is my go-to salad dressing! I basically love everything this company makes. This dressing is sweet, so if you don't like sweet dressing it may not be for you, but I absolutely love it!
Okay, I love FIGS. Raw, dried, any which way. And I like Stonewall Kitchen dressings, etc, so how could I not try this one? Definitely a winner. I put 1-2Tbs on all salads except Asian (I love Stonewall’s Sesame Ginger as well) and feel like I have a wonderfully dressed-up meal. I even take a couple of dried figs, chop them up and add them to the salad for more of that fig-induced joy. It’s a dark, luminous, dense dressing and, for me, makes any salad special. Definitely a recommendation—and not so very high on calories and fat either.
This is SO tasty - I could almost eat it by itself! It's great on a spinach salad - cuts the bitterness. Really tasty on a chicken breast too. Haven't yet tried it on anything else, but I imagine it would be great on a tomato salad with some goat cheese.
good dressing. a bit strong flavor, but we like it
Good quality, not overly sweet, just the correct acidity and sweetness.
The sauce is good, the taste was good as well.
I'm not finicky when it comes to salad dressing. i like them all. this is deliciously sweet ~ perfect for delicate mixed greens.
Stonewall Kitchen Fig Vinegar is a game-changer in the kitchen! It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, with rich fig undertones that elevate anything it touches. I’ve used it in everything from salad dressings to marinades, and it never disappoints. It pairs beautifully with olive oil for a simple but sophisticated vinaigrette, and it’s fantastic drizzled over roasted vegetables or even fresh fruits like strawberries. The quality is unmatched, and the flavor depth is incredible—it truly feels gourmet. If you’re looking to add a touch of elegance to your cooking, this fig vinegar is an absolute must-have. A pantry staple in my home!
This sauce combines the sweetness of figs with the bold taste of balsamic vinegar. It’s smooth, flavorful, and adds a gourmet touch to both savory and sweet dishes. Great with cheese, salads, or as a glaze for meats.
