Because it has only clean ingredients I gave it a try. Very delicious, creamy and nice to spread on bread on raw veggie sticks. The actual artichoke taste is very faint as the other ingredients are stronger - for those curious what artichokes taste like you won't really be able to tell.

I add this to cooked angel hair pasta with a drizzle of Olive Oil, some freshly grated parmesan cheese, and a few pieces of chopped fresh tomatoes to create a perfect pasta dish. Flavorful and delicious.
