I have tried many different electrolyte mixes and this is the best one I have tried so far. The ingredients are very high quality and I love the flavour and the salty taste. The package size is good also and the sachets are small so easy to pack away.

As someone who stays active and needs to stay hydrated, I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, but Relyte Electrolytes has stood out to me in a few key ways. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed by how it’s helped with my hydration and energy levels. Taste One of the first things I noticed is that Relyte Electrolytes tastes great without being overly sweet or artificial. It comes in different flavors, and I’ve tried the Lemon Lime and Tropical Punch. Both have a refreshing, light taste that makes it easy to drink, especially after a workout or during a long day. It’s not too sugary, which is a huge plus for me compared to other electrolyte drinks that can taste too syrupy. Hydration and Performance The most noticeable benefit has been the boost in hydration. I’ve definitely felt more hydrated and less fatigued after intense exercise, and I’ve noticed that I don’t get the post-workout crash that I sometimes experience. Relyte’s balanced blend of electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium helps restore what my body loses during a workout, and I’ve been feeling more energized throughout the day. It’s been especially helpful in hot weather, where I tend to sweat more.

I really like this option and find it to be less salty than LMNT and a better, more natural flavor than Dr. Berg. I love all 3 flavors and put one stick on my 50oz water for the day. I like that the salt source is known, not just generic “sea salt”. I’ve read it does have small amounts of maltodextrin but significantly less than LMNT (40-50mg vs 400mg!) Very pleased!

Unfortunately, this product is way too sweet. It does contain too much stevia. The price is too high for the quality one gets. Not for me.

I usually get the tub of this direct and wanted to try the packets for convenience. I see my partner using it more often if it’s in packets. The ingredients, quality, and taste of this is so refreshing in Florida heat! Great with ice. If you stir and see clumps, the clumps will float to the top and pop so it makes for easier mixing. Been using this for at least 5 years

This has become my go-to for hydration and I genuinely can't recommend it enough! The taste is incredible - the strawberry lemonade flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. You can tell the quality is there from the very first sip, and I love that every ingredient is clean and recognizable. The stick pack size is perfect for tossing in my bag or taking to the gym. I feel so much more replenished after workouts and even on busy days when I forget to drink enough water. Honestly the best electrolyte mix I've tried, and l've gone through plenty! Will absolutely be reordering.

I like this product. I find it too sweet, so I add fresh lemon in my drink with this. It taste bette.
