I love the taste, it mixes so well, and most importantly it offers a nice boost in energy with no crash! I use it just before working out and I can lift heavier, have more stamina and it helps me not over train! My workout is much more efficient!will buy this again and again!
This is honestly the best non-stim pre-workout I’ve ever had. The Sour Gummy Bear flavor is really good - sweet with a slight sour kick and not overly artificial. It mixes easily with no clumps and feels light to drink. Even without caffeine, it still delivers a solid pump and good endurance during workouts. Perfect option if you want something effective without any jitters.
