I work out in the evening and have been taking traditional pwo that has caffeine in it. A friend suggested a non-stime caffeine-free so I can actually go to bed at night. I decided to give this a chance and I am extremely glad that I selected this one because it tastes awesome and I felt the amp within 15-30 mins like what the packaging said. My workout was one of the best I've had in a while because of the pure ingredients that this has. I was looking for beta-alanine and citrulline malate specifically, and this item has them both at the perfect dosage amount that I need. I can't express enough how great this pwo really is!

Tried non stim pre workout for the first time. Its just hard to get off a pre workout i guess, so this didnt work for me.

The best caffeine free pre-workout I’ve ever tried. I myself don’t care about taste as much as I do regarding performance but for the people who care, the blue raspberry with cold water is awesome, didn’t like the tiger’s blood.
