It might be better in capsules, but the ingredients are very good, but they say it's hard to swallow, it's a big pill.

I have been taking the product daily for almost 5 months now. The product has clean list of beneficial organic ingredients. The tablets are quite big but not difficult to swallow. I feel more energetic and balanced after consistently taking the product. The product is very reasonably price and value for money.

Super quality! I'm 47 years old. This complex worked perfectly for me. The tablets are a little large, but that's not a problem. There's a slightly sour taste in my mouth right after taking them. But I like the quality.

The ingredients are great so I gave it a try, but it dissolved so fast that it left a burning sensation in my mouth and throat. I assume it was from the Super Spice Complex. Probably ok for those that eat a lot of spicy food. Maybe a coating on it would help.
