I like taking this duo (echinacea & goldenseal). I like this brand. I have taken this product before, but nade by Hawaiian brand, but this one just as good.

I take Goldenseal when I feel any onset of cold, flu, infection. It is incredibly good, also taken together with Pau d'arco.

Very good works well in the flu season. Helped reduce the intensity and duration is a cold/sinus infection. I try and take it off and on thru the season to help the immune systems. Not a miracle drug but I find it helpful for myself. Organic compound

A natural antibiotic, really. And for headaches I also use 2 capsules 3 times a day. Works great. Not magic. It takes a few hours for the headache to go away, but it's better than the poison of paracetamol.
