I love this brand of cod liver oil. It's the best quality out there, in my opinion. the way this company processes their cod liver oil is unparallel to other companies. Also the ingredients are very minimal, and the vitamin D & A are naturally occurring. there's no nasty taste and no burbback either. And I notice a positive difference when I take it.
Pros: 1. The cod liver is rapidly frozen upon catching to maintain its freshness. 2. Only contains naturally occurring Vit A & D. No other vitamins are added. 3. Packed and arrived in bubble wrap with extra paper rolls. 4. Study claims that children who took cod liver oil have fewer upper respiratory tract infections and fewer pediatric visits. Cons: 1. DHA content is on the lower side. Other comments: Personally, we think that a full dose of 5ml has too much Vit. A for our 6-year-old kid. So we only give him 2.5ml (half dose) of Jigsaw brand after breakfast and another 2.5ml (half dose) of Nordic Naturals brand (without Vit. A) after dinner. Please be careful with your Vitamin A dosage as too much can cause toxicity.
I love that the cod is frozen on the boats. I am excited to start seeing the benefits, but the quality seems good and I'm sure it will help with inflammation and brain health.

Excellent product, palatable. I’m so happy I can get this down with a drink of orange juice and even my 8 year old son doesn’t mind taking it daily. My only complaint is that it’s expensive but thanks to iherbs sales, I can get it sometimes.
it is the best known cod liver oil. i choose this oil because of taste and of course quality. its best source of retinol. i choose it every day in the motning. good ingredients i just like it, cause its best source of retinol, cholesterol, epa, dha for my health.

In a sea of cod liver oils, this one stands out for it's high quality and trustworthiness. Taste is not too fishy and easy to throw back. Very expensive however, but if quality is your priority then this is worth it. I did not notice any major improvements in skin or hair, but it's so subjective and hard to quantify benefits of you're already reasonable healthy.
I was looking for a new high vitamin COD liver oil, after the green pastures brand i last bought tasted off. It's been out of stock for a while and the subscription percentage has been reduced so it's going to cost me about £7 more per bottle. Provides just over 10,000iu natural preformed vitamin A per tbsp.
