These were fine as probiotics but the scent of the apple cider vinegar was not great. There was also a slightly musty flavor/smell that made them unpleasant overall.
Great basic Probiotics you can use nightly. Rhey tastes like regular gummies a bit chewy but taste good so they are easy to taken

These gummies are among my favorite supplements, really good quality ingredients and a good variety of probiotics. I get back to them from time to time when I am in need of a detox, as I am otherwise not a fan of drinking apple cider vinegar.
