I have noticed with certain seafood supplements such as marine collagen or fish oil I develop brain fog. It seems when i take this fish oil I feel more brain fog on those days.

This fish oil is the gentlest on my stomach, improves my overall health, and is very effective. The tablets are a little large, but they're soft, so they're easy to swallow.

The supplement is oval and large. At first, I found it difficult to swallow, but once I got used to it, it wasn't a problem. It contains EPA and DHA, and I take it after meals to prevent my blood sugar from dropping too quickly. If I take too much, I get diarrhea.

Excellent product. Clean ingredients and also fantastic value for money.

Good quality fish oil. Only thing is you need to take it twice a day to get the optimal DHA and EPA levels. However I don’t mind because I don’t detect any fishy taste or smell.

Good dosage, omega from small fish, which is good. Reliable manufacturer.

I was looking for a product with high omega's. This one definitely has that. I am happy to have found this product and will likely continue using it forever.
