I’ve tried a few things before. With this and other products of Dr. Amen I’ve noticed a tangible difference in mental alertness but also emotionally. It has a good taste so it’s easy to drink. I repurchased this product!
It is good for better mood. It has GABA which is good for calmness and 5-HTP which makes serotonin. Recommend it
I guess it was not what i needed. One scoop was making me feel very anxious, but my husband is ok when he takes it. The taste is too sweet for me also. I trully believe the ingredients are of high quality, i love that this brand exists.
If you are having trouble living a life well lived. maybe everything is forever messy or junkie. maybe you are often sad or its hard to focus. Please try this, I think it will help immensely, and then go for a walk somewhere.
I liked it because of its great quality ingredients. Easy to add to smoothies. Only to remark that if you have sensitive kids, the taste is not great. But if you mix with orange or tropical fruits juice, it is fine.
I believe the product itself is good, my children don’t like the flavour, I tend to agree it’s not that pleasant, it’s sickly citrus
