My hair has gotten thicker, my skin is glowing and my body overall is finally healing properly. Great stuff! Dogs love the taste of the powder inside lol The dosage says up to 6 caps but I take 2 caps, benefits are amazing 👏🏽 the caps are a regular size so not huge. I am on my second bottle and absolutely love this stuff. I have low iron and am also taking Wegovy so I needed something for energy. This product has made such a big difference in my focus and energy level. I am no longer exhausted like I have been. With family, working FT and with a toddler. They do not smell and I usually take 3-6 pills a day. I have it on autoship for every other month.
I do believe these are great quality and I feel great about taking it. it has the same taste, ingredients and dosages as another brand which is much more expensive. I find that 4 pills is just right and I don't need to take the recommended 6. I only take it as an alternative to my B complex which sometimes makes me drowsy, these don't.
These are consistently good quality, I've been taking them for 9 months and have more energy than ever. The dosage on the bottle is too high for me, I only take 4 per day and get all the energy I need from that. The benefits include greater stamina, consistent energy, and more regulated hormones, especially beneficial for menopause.

I don't find it particularly convenient attempting to consume enough organ meat as this supplement offers (can't seem to find a good ol chunk of pancreas these days). No nasty aftertaste, appropriately sized capsules, a nice dose of each organ meat per serving of high quality grass-fed offal.
