This dosage helped me fall asleep in the first but then I had to take more than one because my body got used to the dose and it doesn’t give effect anymore. So I stopped it for a while now I’m buying it again. Hope it helps. Doesn’t taste though. Size is good it lasted me months.

The size of each tablet is very small and tasteless which it’s easy to swallow. Just tried this and can’t really comment much about its effectiveness.
