Good quality, very strong. Best to be taken 30-40 min pre workout, otherwise too jittery. Dosage might be too high. Will be cutting it to 1/4 spoon, then build up to 1/2 and then1 scoop. Energy from it ++. Have only had it once. Will know more soon.
Nice pre-workout, gives a smooth and clean energy without feeling jittery. The peach mango flavor is прият and easy to drink. I feel more focused and motivated during my workouts. Also like that it includes added vitamins. Good formula and mixes well.
The mango flavour tastes so good! Just add some of this to your water before a workout and you'll definitely get a nice energy boost without any jitters or crash! Ive only been using half a scoop so far but may work my way up to a full scoop.
The taste is acceptable but unfortunately this doesn’t work well as a pre workout. I don’t know if there is any caffeine at all. Before this I was taking Myprotein’s PWO and my usual dose is 150-165mg of caffeine. I tried taking the full serving for this nutricost (200mg) and this did nothing especially on my leg days?? From other pre workouts that I’ve tried I can actually feel its effect when it starts to kick in (tingles, increased body temperature, heart rate etc) but close to nothing on this. If you’re sensitive to caffeine this would probably be a good option but if you’re looking for a pre workout for high intensity or heavy workouts, this one is NOT IT. You’re better off going with their standard pre workout complex.

It tastes better than I expected tbh and the amount of caffeine in it is great to give you a boost for your workout , definitely recommended good quality
I never took a good quality good taste like this pre-workout. The packaging is very good. The scoop size great it gives me power. I can’t go to work. I can go work out. I can go run errands just from One scope of this product, I take it every other day gives me the best energy all day long the taste very good. I will try the other one the blueberry one for now I take the peach mango
