for first time I take melatonin that doesn't work at all. I usually need something between 3 and 6 mg before going to bed and if I take it to late I'm groggy the next day. And I have hard time waking up. From this brand I take different doses and nothing seems to work at all. even amounts around 15mg have absolutely no effect. This is why I don't recommend it.

I ordered it for a flight I had to take and I really wanted to sleep. I didn’t want it to become dependent on that and it’s really great to get a lot of pills and for that price you cannot beat it and you just work 30 to 1 hour before bed, you take it and just amazing. I do recommend not to take a lot of of it every single day because then you become a little bit dependent on it, but it’s really great and the shipping was fast and the price is great.
