My family and I enjoy this pasta so much. For children with T1D this is such a gift. To be able to serve pasta again without horrible blood sugar spikes is so amazing (you would have to be a parent of a T1D child to get this). My son is so happy to have this delicious low-carb pasta option back on the menu :)
This pasta has been the answer to my prayers. I have always enjoyed eating pasta, but living with diabetes, I thought I would have to say goodbye to pasta because of its high number of carbohydrates. So I was delighted to find this brand of pasta, which has the lowest amount of carohydrates I have discovered yet among all bean and chickpea-based pastas.
I am so serious when I tell you that paying this much for a box of pasta would not normally be something I would even consider. Like I would have laughed if someone told me I would be paying this over and over and over again. But wow!!! It's a no brainer for sure. Good quality, great ingredients, and I feel super power energy when I get done with dinner which is the opposite of what you usually feel after a pasta dish. DO THIS!!! It's so worth it!
Worst thing I’ve ever eaten! Tastes awful and smells even worse
I made up a pot of mac-n-cheese using this pasta. I was the best gluten free pasta I've had so far. I must contunue my search for a replacement however as this left me with a very strange feeling in my mouth and on my tongue. I am sad! If I was not me, I would buy this again.
I love pasta but the regular pasta makes me bloat and has too much carbs. with this brand, I can make tasty high protein pasta without the guilt.
This pasta has great macros, which made me really want to love it. Unfortunately, the texture is a little rough, and next quite gets to that desired "pasta" consistency. Regardless, I may buy it again and get through it since it's actually so healthy. Love how much fiber it has.
You must cook them in a big pot! They need space to cook and the water become very thick if there is not enough. It's totaly delicious and a great way to eat pasta.
