I heard this can help with regularity. When I remember to use it "regularly" it does make a difference. Slightly changes flavor of coffee and tea but it's not unappealing.

I usually will alternate between this and vital proteins. I’m a pescatarian so I usually will take a bit more supplements to complement my workout routine.
