We love Big Tree Farms Organic Brown Coconut Sugar! It is a great healthy 1:1 replacement for refined cane sugar in all cooking and baking. We especially like it in our coffee and teas as well as our baked goodies. I also appreciate that it is Regenerative Organic Certified and non-GMO, which helps us, animals, and the environment. It is low glycemic too, further making it a great alternative to highly refined sweeteners that contribute to health problems. Another bonus is the competitive price with other brands and stores. Keep in mind the product does clump because it does not contain any anti-caking agents, but that is a good thing from what I have studied. I highly recommend this organic coconut sugar from Big Tree Farms because of quality, taste, health benefits, and competitive price.

Amazing quality, only one ingredient! Delicious taste. I frequently use it in my baking recipes. LOVE the size, I got 2 of these because use them so much. Good enough packaging. In my country we had ran out, couldn’t find it anywhere (from local brands) so I came to iHerb and chose this brand and I love it more!
As with everything the cost of coconut sugar has risen. This is a good sugar, good quality and good value with a decent price. I don't use cane sugar so like to have this on hand. Great product
Great product. The price seems to be reasonable after doing some online price checking. Ingredients are clean for a processed sugar replacement. The quality of the packaging is good. I will definitely repurchase.
I use coconut sugar in baking and ice tea. It doesn't spike the blood sugar and as does white sugar. The quality is good as it does not clump together.
The size of this l package is huge which can last long. I used to use it as substitute of brown sugar as it has lower GI. High quality!
I've tried other brands of organic coconut sugar, and I like this best. It has a rich flavor, and smells heavenly. I add it to my morning coffee, and it's delicious!
It's tastes so good. I love this brand. The bag is big and good bang for buck. Also the grains inside are perfect. No clumpy sugar. Smoothness.. Also no strong coconut flavour which I prefer.
I really enjoy baking with this product. It has a natural caramel flavor which goes great with baking or making homemade ice cream. The size of the package is great, but if you bake a lot the bag will run out quickly. Just substitute this in any recipe that calls for sugar. Way healthier!
