In my opinión this is the perfect combination of two natural sweeteners, I use it for make healthy cakes and hotcakes, and sometimes in my coffee, I am impressed I love it, I really highly recommend it I have to take care about my sugar in blood because of my kidneys but now I am not worried about it!!! Honestly I'll buy it again!!!

I appreciate that Lakanto now has some varieties of sweetener that do NOT include erythritol. The combination of monk fruit (zero sugar & zero glycemic index) is healthier; and the coconut sugar (lower glycemic index than white sugar) makes it good for cookie recipes to still have a crunchy texture.
Sugar with excellent, clean, and natural ingredients, certainly in comparison to sugar. Comes in a large package and is of very high quality.
